The KCHP Track Club would like to invite you to join us this spring and summer for the 2010 track season. The program is open to all boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 18.  The season runs from April 12th – July 31st.

Fees for the 2010 Track Season:

New athletes ages 12 and under, $125.00.  New athletes ages 13 and over, $150.00.  These fees cover a new team uniform and the required AAU card.  For returning athletes ages 12 and under the fee is $90 with the use of their previously purchases team uniform.  For returning athletes ages 13 and over the fee is $110 with the use of their previously purchases team uniform.  Team Registration Fees are due on or before April 23rd.  These fees must be paid prior to participation.  Please click the following link to download the PDF version of the 2010 Registration Form.  Registration Form
ALL ATHLETES MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATE with registration.

In addition to the team registration fee, the athlete/parent will be responsible for each scheduled track meet fee.  Each team hosting the track meets will charge a meet fee to enter the athlete into that particular meet.  These fees normally range from $12 - $15 per meet; however, the National Qualifier meet will be $20 and the National Junior Olympics meet will be $40.  These fees can be paid in advance or they can be paid by the deadline date given by KCHP, which is usually a week in advance.  If these meet fees are not paid by the due date set forth by the KCHP staff your child will not be able to participate in the meet.  KCHP recommends that parents pay the meet fees in advance at the beginning of the season.
